This website

bridge2heyday.com does not set cookies and does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

Information you send us

When you email us or message us on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, we receive what you send: usually your name, your email address or profile, and the content of your message. If you fill in a form we publish on one of those platforms, we receive the details you enter in it.

We use this information only to reply to you, to provide the work or service you asked about, and to keep records of that work.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

Those services are run by Meta, and your use of them is covered by Meta's own privacy policy. We only see what you choose to share with our pages or accounts. If we connect an app to Meta's platforms, it only requests the permissions it needs to work, and it does not sell or share the data it receives.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to run our business (for example email and hosting providers), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and project records for as long as we need them for the conversation or the work, and for any record-keeping the law requires. After that we delete them.

Deleting your data

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including anything we received through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
